Award-winning organic single cultivar Oolong from the heart of Miyazaki Prefecture. The tea garden is situated at an elevation of 600 meters in the mountainous region of Gokase region. This unique tea  farm is renowned for its commitment to organic methods, producing teas without pesticides, and utmost commitment to preserve the authenticity of the tea culture. 

Minami Sayaka tea cultivar is renowned for its floral and milky aroma. Developed in 1991 through the crossbreeding of Miya A-6 and NN27, it was cultivated over two decades at the Miyazaki Agricultural Research Institute. 

Miyazaki Organic Spring Harvest Oolong Minami Sayaka has a light golden color with  elegant and complex floral aromas complemented by long-lasting citrus notes. The lingering flavors of white lilac and elderflower are embellished  by a long mellow finish, which makes it an irresistible to enjoy.
