Tokiwasure is an intimate 1.5-hours tea omakase designed as a gentle disconnection from the outside world, inviting you to slow down and reconnect with presence, senses, and quiet beauty.

Guided by the tea master, each guest is introduced to a curated selection of authentic Japanese teas, prepared using traditional tools sourced directly from Japan. Every infusion is crafted with precision—water temperature, timing, and technique carefully adjusted to reveal the full expression of each tea. No infusion is ever repeated, allowing each moment to remain unique and unreplicable.

The experience unfolds in silence and subtle conversation, where the focus is not only on taste, but on atmosphere—the sound of water, the texture of ceramics, the rhythm of preparation.
